With the occupation exposing Saudi Arabia’s involvement in protecting it, America reinforces it militarily in anticipation of a Yemeni attack

American fears escalated on Saturday over the expansion of Yemeni operations in support of Gaza.

This coincides with a media war of words between Saudi Arabia and the Israeli occupation, after the latter revealed the kingdom’s role in protecting it and the latter’s attempt to ward it off.

The American administration announced the sale of a precision weapons deal to Saudi Arabia, stating in a statement that the deal is around $100 million without specifying its nature.

The American announcement came on the eve of the circulation of Hebrew media reports about Saudi Arabia’s participation in attempting to intercept Yemeni attacks against the Israeli occupation.

These media outlets quoted sources in Netanyahu’s government as saying that Saudi Arabia intercepted one of the Yemeni attacks in its airspace.

In contrast, Saudi Arabia quickly denied those reports.

Saudi media outlets published video clips confirming that all Yemeni attacks were successful.

According to the clip circulated by Al-Arabiya and Al-Hadath channels, all air defense systems failed to intercept the Yemeni missile, as the footage shows the Yemeni missile bypassing the American and Israeli defense missiles before exploding within a fortified area in the capital Tel Aviv, which is likely Ben Gurion Airport, which the Yemeni forces announced they had bombed 3 times in the last 48 hours.

It isn’t yet clear whether Saudi Arabia has actually participated in attempts to intercept Yemeni attacks or whether the occupation is trying to push it into confrontation, but the timing of America’s announcement of a new arms deal suggests that fears of the possibility of Yemen expanding its operations to reach Saudi territory, where Americans maintain large bases, are very high.
