The “President of the Supreme Political Council” in Sana’a, Mahdi Al-Mashat, affirmed that the Yemeni people have expressed their supportive position for Palestine in practice by carrying out qualitative military operations against the Israeli enemy and banning its navigation in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
President Al-Mashat explained in a speech on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr that the Yemeni forces are still in direct and effective engagement with the sources of aggression, including American aircraft carriers and battleships, stressing that the American aggression has not achieved since its first raid anything apart from targeting civilians and destroying civilian infrastructure.
He added that the American escalation will not deter Yemen from fulfilling its duty but will rather push it to develop its military capabilities and break American arrogance in the region, noting that Yemen has a great experience and a solid will be capable of teaching the enemy a new lesson.
Al-Mashat pointed out that the armed forces have thwarted many of the enemy’s plots and attacks and are still continuing to confront it until the glorious victory is achieved, stressing that the American aggression against Yemen comes in the context of supporting the crimes of the Zionist occupation in Palestine, and it is a failed aggression that will end in disappointment.
The “President of the Supreme Political Council” also praised the million-strong march of the Yemeni people on the World Jerusalem Day, considering it a clear message on the steadfastness of Yemen’s position in supporting Palestine, at a time when some Arab regimes have chosen to submit or collude with the Zionist enemy.
In conclusion of his speech, Mahdi Al-Mashat stressed that Yemen will not hesitate to provide all forms of support and backing to the Palestinian people and their resistance, warning against the continuation of Zionist crimes against the Palestinians, and affirming that those who think that silence and complicity will protect them are deluded, as the ambitions of the Zionist entity and, behind it, America, have become exposed to all.
