Hamas announced on Sunday that 66 Palestinian children have lost their lives in Gaza due to complications from malnutrition and starvation as a result of the Israeli blockade imposed on the Strip as part of the ongoing war of extermination since October 2023.
The movement added in a statement that “the government of war criminal Netanyahu has been imposing a comprehensive blockade and systematic starvation on the Gaza Strip since the beginning of March 2025.”
It noted that “the brutal crimes against children, through starvation, bombing, and massacres, represent a horrific violation of humanitarian and international laws and values.” It continued, “The occupation commits crimes knowing that it is immune from accountability,” and called on the world to take immediate and urgent action to stop the ongoing starvation crime.
