These horrific figures come amid the ongoing Israeli military operations, which are committing genocide in the Gaza Strip with American support, according to a statement from the ministry.
In the past 24 hours alone, 70 martyrs and 332 wounded were transferred to hospitals in the Gaza Strip, exacerbating the already deteriorating health crisis. The ministry indicated that a number of victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and civil defense crews due to the ongoing shelling and security obstacles.
Since March 18, 2025, the death toll and injuries have reached 6,780 and 23,616 wounded. The ministry stresses that these figures represent only a fraction of the harsh reality, as there are thousands more missing under the rubble, indicating that the true death toll may be much higher.
