The American newspaper “The Washington Post” announced that Yemen’s solidarity with Gaza and Sana’a’s operations in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden have caused a near-complete paralysis of the port of “Eilat,” located in the far south of the occupied Palestinian territories, where its activity has decreased by 90%.
Follow ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The American newspaper said that the port of Eilat, the only maritime outlet for the entity in the Red Sea, is on the verge of complete collapse due to Yemen’s escalating missiles, noting that the Yemeni attacks were not limited to threatening navigation only but have also targeted the port itself with several operations.
The closure of the port, while not surprising due to its diminishing size and the shift of trade movement to Mediterranean ports, is seen as a significant symbolic and moral victory for Sana’a, conveying a strong message about the failure of Zionist and American deterrence tools in the face of Yemen’s steadfastness.
The newspaper pointed out that Sana’a has launched more than 145 attacks on commercial ships since the launch of their operations and that the American and Western strikes have failed to deter them or stop their activities, as two ships carrying the Liberian flag were targeted this month.
