Enemy media: The Houthis possessed a new weapon that makes interception difficult

The Hebrew website Walla reported that the scanning and analysis of the trajectory of the ballistic missile launched from Yemen led to suspicions within the Israeli Air Force that Yemen had used a fragmentation warhead for the first time.

Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The website quoted a source in the Air Force as saying that estimates indicate that the missile was carrying ten warheads.

According to Zionist officials, after the missile was launched from Yemen, various pieces were found in the area, and after scanning and analyzing them, suspicions arose that the Houthis had used, for the first time, a combat warhead that could be divided into three different warheads before falling to the ground, making interception operations difficult.

According to the Walla website, if it is confirmed that the Yemeni missile has multiple warheads, interception will be difficult.

According to the website, the enemy’s “defense establishment” acknowledged that Yemenis have the local capability to develop and manufacture missiles. According to Israeli estimates, if it turns out that a split warhead was indeed used, it will be necessary to reconsider the interception policy.
