The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip has risen to 63,557 martyrs and 160,660 wounded since October 7, 2023, noting that 98 people were killed in the past 24 hours.
The ministry said in its daily statement: “The death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 63,557 martyrs and 160,660 wounded since October 7, 2023,” noting that 98 martyrs and 404 wounded arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals in the past 24 hours.
According to the ministry, the death toll since the resumption of the Israeli aggression on March 18 has reached 11,426 martyrs and 48,619 wounded. Meanwhile, the number of aid victims who arrived at hospitals in the past 24 hours has reached 46 martyrs and 239 wounded. This brings the total number of victims to 11,426. The number of martyrs seeking a livelihood who arrived at hospitals reached 2,294, with more than 16,839 injured.
The Israeli occupation army deliberately targeted those waiting for aid, killing and wounding thousands of them.
