The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Thursday that the death toll from the genocide perpetrated by Israel over the past two years has risen to 65,141, with 165,925 wounded.
In its daily statistical statement, the Ministry said that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received “79 martyrs and 228 wounded” over the past 24 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli attacks.
It confirmed that a number of victims are under the rubble of destroyed homes and facilities and in the streets, where ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them due to the dangerous security situation.
The Ministry explained that the death toll among those awaiting humanitarian aid has risen to “2,513 martyrs and more than 18,414 wounded” since May 27.
It noted that hospitals in the Gaza Strip “received nine martyrs and 33 wounded among those awaiting aid over the past 24 hours.”
