The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that medical staff in Gaza City continue to provide medical care in the remaining functioning hospitals, amidst the difficult risks they face.
The Ministry added, in a brief statement Thursday morning, that access to Al-Shifa Medical Complex, Al-Quds Hospital, and Al-Helou Hospital has become extremely dangerous.
It called on all relevant authorities to intervene to protect health facilities and medical staff and ensure safe access.
Several days ago, the Ministry of Health announced that 20 hospitals in Gaza City were out of service, leaving eight hospitals partially operational and at risk of Israeli bombing and aggression.
