Commencement of the towing operation for the targeted ship in the Gulf of Aden

Navigation sources reported the commencement of the towing operation for a ship flying the Dutch flag after it was hit by a missile strike from Sana’a forces in the Gulf of Aden, in an attack that reveals a qualitative development and a precise expansion of Sana’a’s operations and their transition to a new stage.

The sources stated that the towing operation of the ship (MINERVA GRACHT) is being led by the towing vessel (Achilles) and is taking place under the protection of the French battleship (Languedoc).

The European forces (ASPIDES) had announced that it evacuated the crew of the targeted ship.
