The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said, “Gaza is home to one million children, yet there is no safe place,” noting that Israel killed children in Gaza while they slept.
UNRWA confirmed, in a post on the X platform on Monday, that it has provided psychological support to more than half a million children who have suffered significant psychological trauma and witnessed things no child should ever experience.
The UN organization noted that Israel killed children in Gaza while they were sleeping, taking shelter in schools, queuing for water, or seeking medical assistance.
