Israeli occupation forces arrest more than 65 Palestinians in the West Bank, most of them from Hebron

Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale arrest campaign in the West Bank early Saturday morning, concentrated in Hebron, detaining more than 65 Palestinians, including Member of Parliament Jamal Tirawi. Local sources reported that the occupation forces arrested more than 55 Palestinians from Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.

They also arrested Rami al-Junaidi, head of the Hebron Municipality Workers’ Union, and recently released prisoner Mahmoud Abu Daoud from his home in Wadi al-Hariya, Hebron.
