The Civil Defense Authority in the Gaza Strip reported on Sunday that its teams recovered 16 bodies from an informal cemetery south of Gaza City.
In a statement released today, the Authority explained that the bodies belonged to 16 martyrs from the Nassar family, who had been previously buried in the informal cemetery before being transferred to an official cemetery for proper burial.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation has continued to commit genocide in the Gaza Strip, including killing, starvation, destruction and displacement, ignoring international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to stop it.
