The most dangerous Saudi military move in Hadramout

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is moving to integrate 12 brigades of the National Shield Forces operating in Wadi Hadramout into the operational command of the First Military Region, led by Major General Saleh Al-Jaimlani.

Follow-up – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The Saudi move came under the pretext of restructuring the forces loyal to the coalition, coinciding with the widespread deployment of National Shield forces in multiple locations belonging to the First Military Region in Wadi Hadramout.

For months, Riyadh has been exerting direct pressure on the leadership of the First Military Region in preparation for replacing the region’s forces with National Shield forces through a gradual and direct integration.

According to observers, this move aims to consolidate its military influence in Hadramout and prevent the Transitional Council from extending its control over the valley and the desert.
