Sana’a rejects American aggressive policies towards Venezuela and condemns Washington’s violations

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Sana’a government issued a statement strongly condemning the aggressive policies of the US and its repeated violations against the Republic of Venezuela.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The statement included a warning about the serious repercussions of continued American escalation against Caracas, affirming that this hostile approach “threatens stability in the Caribbean region and undermines international security and peace.”

The statement denounced the international silence regarding American actions, including military mobilization, airspace closure, and the seizure of an oil tanker, considering these measures “a serious escalation and a blatant violation of the UN Charter, the provisions of international law, and Venezuela’s sovereignty, stability, and territorial integrity.”

Sana’a’s foreign ministry emphasized the necessity of “respecting international law, ceasing all forms of escalation, adopting dialogue, and resolving disputes through peaceful means.”

The statement pointed out that the US “has consistently pursued hostile policies towards countries that refuse to submit to its hegemony, adhere to the independence of their national decisions, and seek liberation from dependency,” in a reference to the rejection and condemnation of American policies of domination over independent states.
