The number of victims of the genocide in Gaza is rising

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the number of Palestinians killed in the genocidal war waged by the Israeli occupation authorities since October 2023 has reached 71,266. The number of wounded has also risen to 171,219, according to the Ministry’s reports. Since the beginning of the genocidal war against the people of Gaza in October 2023, the number of victims continues to rise.

To date, 71,266 Palestinians have been killed. The number of wounded has reached 171,219.

The Ministry also announced that since the ceasefire on October 11, 2025—which the Israeli occupation has never adhered to—the following have occurred:

– 414 Palestinians have been killed in renewed attacks.

– 1,142 have been wounded.

– The bodies of 679 martyrs have been recovered from under the rubble.

These statistics indicate the continued violation of the ceasefire and the ongoing attacks against Palestinian civilians, a matter that once again highlights the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
