A child was injured by Israeli gunfire during a raid on Qalandiya refugee camp north of Jerusalem

A Palestinian child was injured Tuesday evening by Israeli army gunfire during a raid on Qalandiya refugee camp, north of occupied Jerusalem.

The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that its crews in Ramallah treated a 13-year-old boy who had been shot in the foot with live ammunition during the raid. He was transferred to a hospital for treatment.

In a related incident, Israeli forces raided the Bedouin community of Khirbet al-Sidra, near the town of Mikhmas, north of occupied Jerusalem, and prevented residents from repairing their homes, which had previously been set on fire by settlers.
