Warnings are escalating… the situation in Gaza is dire and Israel continues to escalate attacks

Amid warnings from UN organizations about the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing aggression for over two years, Israeli occupation forces continued their military attacks. They carried out several attacks, the most violent of which was the demolition of homes in areas along the “yellow line.” A human rights center documented 1,300 violations since the ceasefire agreement was signed and warned of the “catastrophic consequences” of these continued attacks.

The Gaza Ministry of Health announced that five martyrs, including one whose body was recovered, and six wounded individuals arrived at hospitals in the Strip during the past 24 hours. This brings the cumulative death toll since the beginning of the aggression in October 2023 to 71,667 martyrs and 171,343 wounded. A number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them.

Israeli forces attacked areas within the “Yellow Line” near the border of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip, as well as areas on the outskirts of Beit Lahia and several areas east of Gaza City, with artillery shelling and heavy machine gun fire.

Residents reported similar operations and airstrikes, including the demolition of several homes by Israeli forces east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. Israeli warplanes also carried out several airstrikes on an area east of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, classified as part of the “Yellow Line” zone.

The Human Rights and Democracy Center in Gaza stated that the Israeli occupation army continues its violations of the ceasefire, renewing airstrikes and artillery shelling across the Gaza Strip, demolishing homes and infrastructure in all remaining areas within the Green Line, and firing indiscriminately, thus increasing the number of victims of the ongoing “war of extermination” on the Gaza Strip.

The center reported that, according to its monitoring, approximately 1,300 violations have been recorded since the ceasefire was declared on October 10, 2025, resulting in 490 martyrs and 1,345 wounded.
