The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Wednesday that the death toll from the Israeli genocide in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 71,824 martyrs and 171,608 injuries.
In its daily statistical report, the Ministry explained that 21 martyrs and 38 injuries arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals as a result of Israeli violations since dawn.
It stated that since the ceasefire was declared on October 10, the number of martyrs in Gaza has reached 556, while the total number of injuries has reached 1,500, and the total number of bodies recovered has reached 717.
Since October 7, 2023, the occupation forces, with American and European support, have committed genocide in the Gaza Strip, including killing, starvation, destruction, displacement, and arrests, ignoring international appeals and orders from the International Court of Justice to stop them.
