Human Rights Watch: Israeli forces committing genocide in the Gaza Strip

Human Rights Watch Executive Director Philippe Bolopion accused Israeli forces of committing genocide in the Gaza Strip, asserting that the organization has documented numerous crimes perpetrated by the Israeli government against civilians.

In a press statement to Al Jazeera, Bolopion explained that the US government has not taken serious steps to stop the atrocities committed in Gaza. He also noted that settler violence in the West Bank has reached its peak, resulting in the displacement of camp residents.

Earlier today, Human Rights Watch announced that the Israeli government has obstructed the Palestinian refugees’ right of return to their lands.

The organization stated that the displacement of Palestinians continues, considering it a crime against humanity committed by the Israeli government.

On the ground, medical sources reported that 24 Palestinians have been killed as a result of Israeli shelling of the Gaza Strip since dawn today, in a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement. This comes as the occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement concluded between Hamas and Israel, which came into effect on October 10th.
