The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Thursday the deaths of two Palestinians and injuries to four others who arrived at hospitals in the past 24 hours, as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression.
In its daily statistical report, the Ministry confirmed that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are completely unable to reach them due to field restrictions and the scale of the destruction hindering rescue operations.
Regarding the toll recorded since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 11, the Ministry stated that the total number of documented martyrs has reached 611, while approximately 1,630 people have sustained varying degrees of injury.
The Ministry also noted that civil defense and medical teams have recovered 726 bodies from under the rubble during this period, while arduous search efforts continue in the affected areas to determine the fate of the missing.
