A new missile in Hezbollah’s arsenal stirs fear in the Israeli entity

Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The Israeli newspaper “Haaretz” reported that a state of fear and anxiety prevails within the Israeli occupation army due to Hezbollah’s increasing use of an advanced Iranian anti-armor missile, capable of striking tanks from long distances and that can also be launched via small drones or “hovercraft.”

According to the newspaper, assessments within the army indicate that Hezbollah likely used the “Almas-3” missile last Friday in an incident that resulted in the death and injury of soldiers from the “Givati” Brigade during an operational activity in southern Lebanon.

The “Almas-3” is considered the most advanced version within the Iranian family of anti-armor missiles “Almas,” a precision system designed to target armored vehicles with high accuracy.

Military sources estimate the missile’s range reaches approximately 16 kilometers, and it can be launched towards an estimated target location even without a direct line of sight.

Israeli security sources believe this range grants Hezbollah the capability to threaten settlements, military sites and bases, or army vehicles from distances relatively far from the border line.
