CNN: The Iran war has significantly depleted the US Army’s missile stockpile

The American CNN network revealed on Tuesday that the US Army has largely depleted its missile stockpile due to the Iran war and needs 4-5 years to compensate for the shortage.

Exclusive Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The network said in a report that “the US Army has significantly depleted its stockpile of major missiles during the war with Iran.”

It explained that “during the war, the US Army consumed half of its precision-strike missile stockpile, as well as its THAAD and Patriot missiles, and consumed one-third of its Tomahawk missile stockpile and 20% of its long-range cruise missiles.”

It noted that “the depletion of missile stockpiles poses the risk of ammunition running out if a war breaks out within a few years.”

It indicated that “compensating for the missile shortage is expected to take 4 to 5 years.”
