American report: Bombers and aircraft carriers have lost their impact against Iran

Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The New York Times stated that Iran has succeeded in undermining the effectiveness of the American military system, affirming that strategic bombers and aircraft carriers no longer possess the same impact they once achieved.

The newspaper explained, in a report titled “The Lesson Iran Taught Us About the American War Machine,” that Tehran was able to deplete high-cost American defense systems, such as Patriot and THAAD, by using low-cost drones and mass-produced cruise missiles.

The report added that Iran’s continuation of its operations in the Strait of Hormuz and its targeting of strategic American resources has demonstrated the declining prestige of American military power in the region.

It also indicated that the US Army’s reliance on satellites and communication networks could constitute a major vulnerability, especially with Iran’s escalating capabilities in electronic warfare and disruption of communication systems.

The newspaper affirmed that the continuation of the war could lead to the weakening of the global supply chain upon which American forces depend, threatening to expose further weaknesses in its military structure.
