“NBC News” has revealed that American military bases in the Gulf and the region have sustained significant damage due to Iranian attacks during the 40 days of war, indicating that the scale of this damage is far greater than what is being admitted.

The network reported that the Iranian attacks precisely targeted ammunition depots and command headquarters, aircraft hangars, as well as communications infrastructure and advanced radar systems, leading to paralysis in several vital bases.
It quoted, as reported by sources described as informed, the severity of the Iranian strikes exposed major security gaps in American air defenses, which were previously considered impregnable.
