Three Palestinians, including the head of the Khan Younis police investigations department, were killed, and five others, including a child, were wounded on Sunday in separate Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, as part of the occupation’s daily violations of the ceasefire agreement.
The Gaza police directorate announced that an Israeli airstrike killed the head of the Khan Younis police investigations department, Wissam Fayez Abdel-Hadi, and Sergeant Fadi Abdel-Moati Heikal, after targeting their vehicle in the Al-Amal neighborhood of Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army also launched artillery shelling on the town of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis city, on Sunday, according to eyewitnesses.
A medical source told Anadolu Agency that one person was killed and two others were wounded when an Israeli drone targeted a group of civilians in the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
According to Anadolu Agency, the two attacks in the southern and central Gaza Strip were carried out in areas outside the deployment and control zones of the Israeli army, as stipulated in the agreement.
