The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip reported on Tuesday that two Palestinians were killed and 10 others wounded in the past 24 hours as a result of the Israeli aggression against the Strip.
In its daily statistical report, the Ministry stated that medical teams transported the two martyrs and the wounded to hospitals in the Strip.
According to the Ministry, the total number of martyrs since the start of the Israeli war on the Strip on October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,742, with 172,565 wounded.
The Ministry added that the period following the ceasefire on October 10, 2023, resulted in the martyrdom of 856 Palestinians and the wounding of 2,463 others, in addition to the recovery of 770 bodies from under the rubble in various areas of the Strip.
Despite the ceasefire agreement, Israel continues to launch daily airstrikes and target civilians in the Strip, while also continuing its demolition and destruction operations in the areas it occupies within the Strip.
