The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that six Palestinians were killed and 19 wounded in the Gaza Strip in the past 48 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression.
The ministry stated that two of the dead were newly identified, in addition to four bodies recovered from under the rubble. This indicates that victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, inaccessible to rescue teams due to complex security and logistical conditions.
According to official figures, the total number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire on October 10 has risen to 871, while the number of wounded has reached 2,562. An additional 776 bodies have been recovered from various locations within the Gaza Strip.
The ministry reported that the cumulative death toll since the start of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023, has reached 72,763, with 172,664 wounded.
