The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon “Hezbollah” announced today, Monday, the execution of an extensive fire raid targeting the sites and positions of the occupation army in several areas of southern Lebanon, in response to the occupation’s ongoing breaches of the ceasefire and aggressions on southern villages.
Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Resistance stated that the attack was carried out between 15:00 and 15:30 on Monday, targeting occupation sites in the towns of Al-Khiyam, Taybeh, and Deir Mimas, in addition to Khallat Raj, Tallet al-Hammas, and Tallet al-Uwayda, using artillery shells and heavy rocket barrages in successive waves.
The Resistance added that its fighters targeted at 17:20 an Israeli site on Tallet al-Uwayda with two suicide drones.
In response, the Israeli army radio reported that about 10 rockets were launched from southern Lebanon towards occupation forces, indicating that two rockets crossed into the occupied Palestinian territories.
The Israeli army also announced the explosion of a booby-trapped drone launched by Hezbollah near the Lebanese border, noting that shrapnel fell in the Shomera settlement in the Western Galilee.
These developments come amid ongoing confrontations and tensions on the Lebanese-Palestinian border, despite the ceasefire agreement in effect since last April 17.
