Gaza:Drug and blood shortages exacerbate the suffering of thalassemia patients

Thalassemia patients in Gaza hospitals are waiting for a dose of medication or a blood unit that may not be available, threatening their lives and exacerbating their suffering amidst dire humanitarian conditions.

Thousands of people with the disease face immense difficulties in surviving.
