Sana’a Warns the Occupation Entity Against Escalation in Lebanon and Calls on Lebanese Parties to Support the Army and the Resistance

The Sana’a government warned the Zionist occupation entity against the consequences of continuing its military escalation against Lebanese territory, condemning the recent targeting of a Lebanese army vehicle in the Nabatieh area in the south of the country, which resulted in the death of two officers and a soldier.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Sana’a government, Abdul Wahid Abu Ras, explained in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that this targeting is evidence that the “Israeli” aggressions include all Lebanese components without exception.

Abu Ras considered that betting on making concessions or surrender options under the cover of negotiations will not guarantee sovereignty or stability for Lebanon, affirming that sustainable security cannot be achieved in the continued presence of occupation and aggressions.

He renewed Sana’a’s supportive stance towards the Lebanese people and their resistance in the face of the current escalation.

Abu Ras directed criticism towards the political stances of some Lebanese forces, questioning the position of the Prime Minister-designate, Nawaf Salam, and stressing the need for political leaders in Beirut to move to provide full support to the army, the people, and the resistance in confronting the “real enemy of the region.”

The Lebanese army announced this morning “the martyrdom of a number of military personnel, including an officer, in an Israeli enemy raid that targeted a vehicle on the Khardali-Nabatieh road,” while Lebanese sources reported “the martyrdom of a brigadier general in the Lebanese army and his companion in a drone strike by the enemy that targeted their vehicle on the Khardali – Marjayoun road.”
