On Monday, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory sent an urgent invitation to the International Red Cross to visit the two Palestinian doctors, Hussam Abu Safiya, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, in the northern Gaza Strip, and Marwan Al-Hams, director of field hospitals in the Strip, who were detained in the prisons of the Israeli enemy. He confirmed the existence of reliable information about a serious deterioration in their health conditions as a result of severe torture, including frequent beatings and deprivation of medical care, amid serious fears of being killed under torture in the prisons of the Israeli enemy and investigation centers.
