Sana’a Foreign Ministry Warns Riyadh: Your Bet on “Mercenaries” is a Losing One, and Escalation Will Be the “Mercy Bullet” for Your Economy

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Sana’a government, Abdul Wahid Abu Ras, issued warnings to the Saudi regime about the consequences of continuing escalation and maintaining the siege on the Yemeni people, affirming that relying on mercenaries or the American side will only bring trouble and direct losses to Riyadh.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Abu Ras stated in remarks that the Saudi leadership has not yet absorbed the field lessons, saying: “The Saudi regime bet on America in the past and lost, and its bet on its mercenaries will be even more of a loss.”

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sana’a added: “America, with all its might, failed to achieve its objectives in subjugating the Yemeni people and dragged its tail of defeat, yet the Saudi regime has not taken heed” of those experiences and field changes.

Abu Ras warned of the dire economic consequences of Riyadh’s policies, stressing that the Saudi regime’s insistence on continuing the siege and confiscating the national wealth of Yemenis will directly rebound and cause destruction to the Saudi economy.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in Sana’a concluded his statement by emphasizing the steadfastness of the field and defensive stance, asserting that “the siege-for-siege equation is established and has proven its viability, and the upcoming option is tilted towards resolving the conflict; escalation with escalation will be the mercy bullet for the Saudi economy.”
