Satellite images confirm the continued burning of 3 Saudi oil facilities and the extinguishing of fires at two sites

Saudi authorities failed on Monday to contain the fires at the oil facilities targeted by Yemeni forces two days ago.

Satellite images today showed the continued burning of fires at 3 oil facilities in Jizan.

They also show them extinguished at two nearby sites.

The most prominent Saudi oil refineries in Jizan were subjected to a large-scale Yemeni attack on the 25th of this month, in response to a Saudi aggression that targeted the city and port of Hodeidah and Kamaran Island.

The persistence of the fires reveals the scale and nature of Yemeni capabilities in keeping Saudi skies ablaze for days, and it is also an indicator of what awaits Saudi Arabia if it decides to proceed with escalation.
