American arming of Al-Qaeda in Yemen with suicide drones

Official images and video clips have revealed that the US army has begun arming terrorist groups in Yemen with one-way attack drones.

This coincides with its mobilization, along with Saudi Arabia, for a large-scale war.

The official television of the Aden government broadcast a video clip of a drone warehouse inspected by its defense minister in Marib, one of Al-Qaeda’s most prominent strongholds in northern and eastern Yemen.

The images showed that the displayed drones match aircraft produced by the US army. Visual matching reveals that the drone components—”delta wing, mechanical assembly, and piston engine”—are identical to the FLM-136 platform used in US training and research centers and manufactured by “SpektreWorks” drones.

These drones are known as one-way attack or suicide drones, in addition to providing aerial reconnaissance operations.

The US forces recently announced the production of a large quantity of these low-cost drones, which mimic Iranian “Shahed” drones, although they lack their capabilities.

The drones were presented through the Chief of Staff, Saghir bin Aziz, who is considered the first man of the Central Command commander in Yemen and is given a meeting each time Brad Cooper tours the region.

The American decision to arm Al-Qaeda in Yemen with these drones is an attempt to replicate the Syrian scenario, where intelligence supported the Al-Qaeda faction led by Al-Jolani to achieve what they could not militarily in Yemen.
