Sana’a puts Riyadh before two options: Lifting the siege and meeting salary entitlements or facing more painful military escalation

Sana’a warned the Saudi regime of a “decisive escalatory path” with no retreat to achieve the living and humanitarian entitlements of the Yemeni people, foremost among them ending the ban on airports and ports and paying the salaries of all employees.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

A member of the Sana’a delegation, Abdul-Malik Al-Ajri, held Riyadh fully responsible for the consequences of continued procrastination and escalating confrontation, affirming that the pressure to secure rights is heading towards a new phase with no room for retreat except by ending the imposed restrictions through a serious response to humanitarian demands.

Observers of the Yemen file believe that the political warnings come as an extension of the “siege-for-siege” and “escalation-for-escalation” equations imposed by the Yemeni Armed Forces on Saudi navigation and oil facilities, tightening the noose on regional options and confining them between leaning towards a real peace that responds to the humanitarian file, or facing a wider round of conflict whose damages exceed the cost of previous confrontations.
