The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that two Palestinians had died from their wounds, and six others were injured in the past 48 hours as a result of the Israeli offensive.
The ministry stated that a number of victims remain trapped under rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach and recover them.
The ministry clarified that the death toll since the ceasefire came into effect on October 10 has reached 1,257, in addition to 4,131 injuries, while teams have recovered 806 bodies.
According to the ministry, the cumulative death toll from the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,384, while the number of injuries has reached 174,242.
