Exclusive Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Sana’a forces, through the Military Media, broadcast video footage documenting precise and qualitative strikes carried out by a drone named “Rujum,” targeting gatherings and vehicles belonging to the Saudi army and its affiliated factions on the Marib and Western Coast fronts.
These clips sparked wide interaction and analytical discussions among experts and activists on social media platforms.
The drone features a striking hexagonal design and exceptional high aerial maneuverability, allowing it to smoothly reach its targets from high altitudes.
The footage showed the “Rujum’s” ability to drop five bombs at once, precisely distributed across the entire area of a military site to destroy vehicles, barracks, and soldiers.
The footage documented the success of one strike in destroying an M1A2 Abrams tank belonging to the Saudi army on the Marib front, which is estimated to be worth about $20 million.
A number of analysts and activists expressed their amazement at the professionalism of the operators and the precision of the hits shown in the video clips, indicating that the efficiency of this weapon imposes new equations on battlefields, considering it closer to warplane aviation.
On the other hand, observers noted the great disparity in military tactics and armament capabilities between the parties to the conflict, considering that the recent operations reflect a notable development in the local military manufacturing capabilities of Sana’a forces and their strategic use of drones.
