Sana’a | The Supreme Political Council Vows Inevitable Punishment for Riyadh and Reveals a New Phase in Response to the Islah Prison Massacre in Al-Jawf, Northwest of Sana’a

The “Supreme Political Council” in Sana’a warned that “the continued Saudi aggression and its ongoing targeting of civilians will not go unpunished,” holding the Saudi regime fully responsible for the Islah Central Prison massacre in the city of Al-Hazm in Al-Jawf, northwest of Sana’a, and the resulting casualties and injuries.

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The Council affirmed that bombing prisons and civilian homes is an extremely dangerous development and a flagrant violation of international laws, stressing that Sana’a will not stand idly by within the framework of its legitimate right to defend its sovereignty, and that Riyadh’s continuation of escalation will move the situation on the ground to a new phase, the consequences of which it will bear fully.

The statement called on the United Nations and the Security Council to break the silence, which it described as “shameful,” and to immediately condemn the crime. It directed government and competent authorities to expedite relief for the wounded, care for the families of the martyrs, and legally document the violations, affirming that the blood of the people and the country’s sovereignty are not a matter of disregard or bargaining.
