Sana’a announces a wide-scale qualitative military operation against Aramco facilities in several Saudi regions

The official spokesman for Sana’a forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced on Tuesday a “wide-scale qualitative military operation targeting Aramco in Abha, Najran, the Economic City, Aramco Jizan, and Khamis Mushait Air Base with dozens of ballistic missiles and drones,” in response to the Saudi escalation that targeted several Yemeni governorates.

Saree said in a statement: “For twelve years, our dear Yemeni people have been subjected to aggression and siege by the criminal Saudi enemy. During the past three days, the criminal Saudi enemy launched a brutal and unjust aggression against our people with 121 airstrikes, launched from King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait and King Fahd Air Base in Taif, targeting the governorates of Marib, Al-Bayda, Hudaydah, Taiz, and Al-Jawf, committing major crimes, the latest of which was the Al-Jawf crime, which claimed the lives of a large number of inmates of the Central Prison in the city of Al-Hazm, including women and children among the visitors, in an attempt to occupy our country and kill our people in a major and comprehensive escalation in service of the American and Israeli enemy.”

He added: “In the framework of responding to this brutal aggression and confronting comprehensive escalation with comprehensive escalation, the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a wide-scale qualitative military operation, targeting Aramco in Abha, Najran, the Economic City, Aramco Jizan, and Khamis Mushait Air Base with dozens of ballistic missiles and drones. The strikes were precise, by God’s grace, and direct, causing significant damage to those facilities.”

Sana’a forces held “the Saudi enemy responsible for the escalation, as every assault on our country and our people will be met with a firm response, and we will not hesitate to direct even more severe and wider strikes against the criminal Saudi enemy.”

The Sana’a forces statement mentioned that “all movements, aggressions, and mobilizations of the Saudi enemy will not intimidate our dear country, Yemen of Islam and Arabism, and will not break the resolve of our faithful, free, and struggling people, the people of faith and wisdom. On the contrary, we will become more determined to confront every aggression and every assault, for our people are in a position of right, and our enemy is in a position of falsehood. Indeed, falsehood is ever bound to vanish.”

Sana’a forces also affirmed “the continuation of their operations towards the Saudi depth and the targeting of its mobilizations, and the consolidation of the siege-with-siege equation until the aggression stops and the siege on our dear country is lifted.”
