The head of the “Supreme Political Council” in Sana’a, Mahdi Al-Mashat, issued a comprehensive presidential pardon for all “the deceived and misled on the western coast fronts,” conditional upon laying down arms and returning to the nation’s ranks.

The decision included direct directives to the local authorities in Hudaydah and Taiz governorates to take and facilitate all necessary arrangements for receiving and securing the returnees, in the context of seizing the available opportunity before it is too late, according to the source.

This decision, described as “humanitarian and strategic,” comes simultaneously with the state of accelerating field collapse and the total retreat of the Saudi factions, including Tareq Saleh’s forces, following their flight and withdrawal from strategic and commanding positions and fortresses on the western coast, foremost among them the Khalid ibn Al-Walid camp and the Hays district, under the strikes and attacks of Sana’a forces.
