Following the Western Coast Operation… Saree: Navigation Is Safe for All Ships Except Saudi Ones

The official spokesman for Sana’a forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, affirmed today, Friday, that maritime navigation in the Red Sea and Bab Al-Mandeb is safe for all international shipping companies, except for Saudi ships whose ban was previously announced.

This came in a statement by Saree, in which he revealed the results of his forces’ operations on the western coast fronts, which he named Operation “And God is More Severe in Might and More Severe in Punishment.”

Saree said: “The Yemeni Armed Forces affirm that maritime navigation is safe for all companies except Saudi ships whose ban was previously announced.”

He indicated that their forces continue to consolidate “the equation of siege with siege, striking the Saudi enemy’s mobilizations, and escalation with escalation; until the aggression is stopped and the siege on our dear people is ended.”

Saree affirmed that the operation resulted in the expulsion of Saudi mobilizations from six districts in Taiz and Hudaydah governorates, with a total area of 5,400 square kilometers.

He added that the Armed Forces struck seven military divisions belonging to the Saudi mobilizations, comprising 38 brigades, resulting in the killing, capturing, and wounding of hundreds of their members.

He added that the operation also resulted in the liberation of a number of prisoners held by Saudi coalition factions for years on the western coast, along with carrying out 32 interception operations against Saudi warplanes, which he said resulted in the downing of nine armed reconnaissance aircraft.
