In Two Wide-Scale Operations… Sana’a Announces Targeting the Saudi Capital, Riyadh, and Yanbu

Sana’a forces announced today, Saturday, the execution of two qualitative military operations with a large number of ballistic and cruise missiles and drones. One of them targeted sensitive targets in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, while the other targeted the Aramco company in Yanbu.

The spokesman for Sana’a forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, said: “In response to the great slander of accusing Yemen of faith and wisdom of targeting Mecca, and in victory for it against the offense of the Korah of the age, the horn of Satan, the Saudi Najdi, against it.”

And “in response to the continued launching of aggressive airstrikes by the criminal Saudi enemy against our dear people with its warplanes of the F-15 and Typhoon types, which take off from Khamis Mushait and Taif bases, and which have so far amounted to 732 airstrikes, leaving martyrs and wounded among civilians and destruction of civilian infrastructure.”

As well as “within the framework of responding to the attempts of the criminal Saudi enemy to target the capital, Sana’a, with ISIS-like methods and means, through attempted bombings that target civilians without discrimination or exception.”

He continued: “Accordingly, the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out two qualitative military operations with a large number of ballistic and cruise missiles and drones. The first targeted sensitive targets in the capital of the Saudi enemy, Riyadh, and the second targeted the Aramco company in Yanbu.”

He indicated that the two operations were successful and led to the outbreak of massive fires at the targeted locations.

The Sana’a forces statement mentioned: “The Yemeni Armed Forces affirm that the false propaganda promoted by the media of the Saudi enemy that we target civilians has no basis in truth. If it exists, it is the result of failed interceptions carried out by the Saudi enemy’s defenses.”

It added: “The Yemeni Armed Forces continue to impose the equation of siege with siege and escalation with escalation, and targeting the mobilizations belonging to the Saudi enemy, until the aggression is stopped and the siege on our dear country is ended.”
