Sana’a Announces the Downing of a Saudi Drone in the Skies of Al-Mokha

Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The spokesman for Sana’a forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced today the downing of a Saudi armed reconnaissance aircraft while it was carrying out what he described as hostile missions in the skies of Al-Mokha in Taiz governorate.

Saree explained that the downed aircraft was of the “Wing Loong II” type, affirming that the Yemeni Armed Forces targeted it with an appropriate weapon and managed to shoot it down while it was flying in the area’s airspace.

Sana’a forces had previously downed a number of advanced Saudi drones, confirming the effectiveness of Sana’a forces’ air defense.
