Confession from Within the Emergency Forces: Sana’a Forces Attack Kills and Injures About 155, Including Saudi and Sudanese Officers

Military sources in the Saudi-backed Emergency Forces reported that about 155 soldiers and officers were killed and wounded as a result of an attack carried out by Sana’a forces on Wednesday evening.

The attack targeted a training camp for the First Brigade of the Sixth Emergency Division and other gatherings belonging to the Second Brigade of the same division, along with Saudi command centers and gatherings of Sudanese forces participating in the fighting on the border.

The sources mentioned that among the dead and wounded were about 20 Saudi officers and 12 Sudanese military personnel, while the losses included the rest of the targeted forces’ elements at the sites that were attacked.

According to the sources, Saudi Arabia imposed a cordon around the targeted sites and prevented soldiers from approaching them, for fear that their morale would be affected by the scale of the large human losses left by the attack.
