The Secretary-General of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Rezaei, said that Iran will not return to the previous diplomatic path, which he described as the conditions of “Islamabad and what preceded it,” in dealing with America, affirming that opening the Strait of Hormuz and resuming negotiations are conditional on Washington implementing Iran’s seven conditions.

Rezaei indicated that Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi informed the mediators of the conditions, noting that no development has occurred so far other than conveying these demands.
Rezaei described US President Donald Trump’s speech about Iran at the UN as “his biggest mistake and his stupidest folly.”
He indicated that the latter’s excessive focus on Iran showed that its power has doubled.
Rezaei said: America was planning to “destroy Iran in this war,” but in practice it “turned Iran into the fourth largest power in the world.”
Rezaei warned neighboring countries against cooperating with the US regarding sanctions against Iranian aircraft, threatening countries that participate in this by preventing their airports from operating.
Rezaei also reviewed what he described as Iran’s military achievements during the war, threatening to respond to any potential American attacks on Iranian sites or nuclear facilities, affirming that the response plan is ready.
In a related context, Rezaei revealed that Iran is working on what he described as reverse engineering of an American submarine it seized, indicating that the submarine is capable of carrying out reconnaissance operations at depths reaching 6,000 meters.
