Al-Houthi Shrinks the Map of Taiz and Saudi Arabia Folds the File of the Western Countryside

The battle of Taiz witnessed on Sunday new developments with the continuation of the Sana’a forces’ advance in the city, while Saudi Arabia abandoned its southwestern countryside days after losing it.

Exclusive — Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

A new map of the developments showed the beginning of the Sana’a forces’ advance on the outskirts of the city, specifically the eastern and western ones. The map published by the former leader in the “Southern Resistance,” Adel Al-Hasani, shows the Sana’a forces securing areas in Al-Dhabab, Al-Ta’iziyah, and Sabr, while Saudi aviation intensified its airstrikes on the eastern and western outskirts of the city in an unprecedented manner.

These developments indicate the beginning of the battle to expel the Saudi mobilizations from the city, with Sana’a completing the securing of the southwestern countryside during the past days.

No more than 2% of the city’s area remains currently under the control of the Islah factions, about which reports speak of the continuation of its negotiations with Sana’a regarding the situation inside the city.
