Selling Captives of the Sana’a Forces to Saudi Arabia

Follow-ups — Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The head of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs in Sana’a, Abdulqader Al-Murtada, revealed confirmed information regarding the Saudi-loyal forces selling a number of captives who fell into their grip during the recent battles, after transferring them from Aden to the city of Al-Mukalla and then to Saudi Arabia.

In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency Saba, Al-Murtada considered that the incident represents a violation against the captives, and said that it reflects the level of subordination to Saudi Arabia.

Al-Murtada held Saudi Arabia responsible for the lives and safety of the captives on the various fronts, calling on the International Committee of the Red Cross to move to verify the circumstances of the case, and to pressure to reveal their fate and allow visiting them and ascertaining their health conditions.
