Withdrawals in the Ranks of the Saudi Mobilizations on the Al-Mudarabah Front in Lahj Amid Disputes and Accusations of Treason

Field sources reported withdrawals in the ranks of the Saudi mobilizations on the Al-Mudaribah front in Lahj, amid disputes and mutual accusations of treason within the ranks of those forces.

Exclusive Follow-ups — Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The sources explained that “a force belonging to the so-called Third Support and Backing Brigade affiliated with the Transitional Council withdrew from its positions on the Al-Mudaribah front, in the Al-Ka’lah area, under the pretext of the existence of betrayals on the front, following the explosion of a landmine with a military crew belonging to the brigade in one of its positions.”

In a related context, the sources reported a complaint by elements in the Second Giants Brigade about the fleeing of elements of the Third Support and Backing Brigade from their positions, noting that some elements of the brigade tend to accompany the wounded in large numbers, in an attempt to withdraw from the front.

It added that five crews carrying fleeing elements were stopped at one of the points, where they stipulated the provision of reinforcements by Hamdi Shukri, threatening to leave in the event their demand isn’t met.

The state of withdrawals and restlessness has escalated among the Saudi-backed forces with their incurring heavy losses in lives and equipment as a result of the strikes of the Sana’a forces that achieved a wide advance on the Kahbub and Al-Mudarabah fronts during the past few days.
