Agricultural Initiative to Plant 100 Million Fruit Trees Launched

Chairman of the Higher Agricultural and Fisheries Committee in Sana’a government, Ibrahim Al-Madani announced on Tuesday the launch of an agricultural initiative to plant one hundred million seedlings of fruit trees at the provincial level, YPA reported.

This came during the launch of the fruit tree planting campaign in Maeen District in the capital, Sanaa, to encourage the community to expand agriculture.

Al-Madani called on everyone to interact with this initiative to bring about an agricultural renaissance in the path of achieving self-sufficiency. He praised the level of community participation in the Maeen district in planting seedlings of fruit trees.
